Review for Bella Vita Apartments

The water in these apartments smells like sewer water.
They have cockroaches so big, I swatted one and it cracked my glass table that it fell on. They are in the middle of turning this dump (If this is nice enough to be called a dump) into condos. Mold grows sporadically throughout the entire community. You cannot get rid of it unless you make some serious changes. Re-spackiling the outddoor walls, and then repainting the inside and out will not get rid of mold spoors since they are carried by air, and grow everywhere. inside the plumbing for instance. How much will that make the property value go down. The master bedroom is completely irregular. My King bed will not fit with my chest of drawers so I have to climb over my bed to get to my side of the closet. The security at the gates stopped thew pizza guy, but not the car full of gangsters, that spray painted my vehicle and ran sacked and stole stereos from others. The security drives around but does nothing about loud music and vagabonds, but they don't let the ice cream man in! I hate it here, the horrible smell in the mornings is so strong it wakes me up. I've lived at over 20 communities in Las Vegas amd have never seen so many bugs, nor have I ever smelt anything like that. If you're thinking of buying a condo here, don't! REALLY DON'T! YOU WILL REGRET IT! P.s. Pigeons chose Bela vita to die and the grounds maintance do not pick them up!
Bela Vita is Itilian for Beautiful life, here? Tropical location, what, maybe they mean from the creaky plumbing that runs every night. I can tell you that most of my neighbors get plenty of fiber, and shower regularly, because I canhere everything, upstairs, and to both sides of me. EVERYTHING.
