Not A Wise Investment

My friend recently purchased one of the condos here and it is horrible. There are roaches the size of mice everywhere and they turn up everywhere in our condo and we are on the second floor! There is only one guard at the gate who actually checks people coming in and the rest let anybody and everybody in. When it gets dark here we are afraid to leave because everything horrible comes out. The other night we found a strange man standing on our balcony!!! The bedrooms are ridiculously small along with the bathrooms and there is no storage in the bathrooms whatsoever. The location is also ghetto. A girl was raped and murdered about three streets down, there are homeless people everywhere and it is not convenient to anything other than the strip. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
