I think its a really nice place to live. I am a single girl, and I feel completely safe. I've never experienced one bug in my condo. I've never had mold. I can't hear my neighbors, except I can sometimes hear water running in my bathroom. I do think that the mantance could pick up a bit more. I have had to pick up trash a few times around my unit. Its close to everything, but far enough away to not have the crazy traffic. I think the points apts were really ghetto, and a lot of renters were mad that they had to move, so they are trash talking a decent place to call home.
