Review for Bella Vita Apartments

Do not move here. I have been a resident home owner in Bella Vita since July 2007. The condo itself is fine, it is updated and nice. The security here is a joke, they ride around on there bikes every couple hours, but lets be honest if someone is going to try to rob you or hurt you they are not going to do it in front of security. Next, you have to walk a mile to your parking spot, the mail room, the trash, and tennis courts and the pool, which feels like it is longer on hot summer days. Also, the lady in the HOA is absolutely terrible. She has to be one of the rudest people I have ever met. Every time I go in there I try to be as nice as can be, she is still so rude, and it is so uncalled for. The HOA is also up there butts about the rules here. The management has nothing else to do except be assholes about you breaking there ridiculous rules. I once had a trash can on my porch, the came and took pictures and sent me a certified letter saying they were going to start charging me with every board meeting they had if I kept the trash can there. It was not a dirty trash can, it was not sitting right in the middle of my porch, it was hidden behind a chair. Either way, I should be able to put a trash can on my porch. I have been towed twice from this place. Be careful, I see people getting towed everyday. If you park with in like an inch of the redline you better move. And don't leave you car IN YOUR OWN parking space for more than 3 days straight, they'll tow it too. And also don't let you tag get expired, since that is there business they'll tow it then too. I am moving out of this place ASAP. I repeat DO NOT move here.
