Apartment Review for Bella Vita

If you're smart enough to read this review before planning to buy/rent from Bella Vita, then you did what I should have done a year ago. Don't be fooled by the fact that this place is clean and recently renovated inside. Due to the housing market, people are starting to move out of the neighborhood fast. Now there's lots of shady people starting to live here. Shady = ghetto, low-income. The property values are going down and the crime rate is going up. The security doesn't do much. They just make you "feel" safe. But if you check the las vegas police dept crime map, there's cops here all the time and burglaries and stolen cars are consistent every month. My friend living near me was recently burglarized. Do yourself a favor and spend extra money to live somewhere safe. There's someone driving around here bumping their music high all the time. Sadly, the HOA doesn't do anything and is highly incompetent.
