Best location for the price ( 12/14/2012 )

This location being so close to the strip makes it very desirable.
There are a LOT of units here so there are lots of rules enforced by the hoa. But thats actually a good thing as long as you can follow rules. I thinks it ridiculous to read the posts about people complaining about how they hate being bothered by the hoa because THEY DONT FOLLOW ThE RULES.
If u dont like it, then dont live here. I would rather have better neighbors anyway. Fortunately there are just a few of these types, and the majority are just honest hard working people like myself.
If you want to live in a nice community come here. If you want to be ghetto, go somewhere else.

There are probably close to 600(?) units on the property and I'm sorry to hear about the earlier poster that was venting her frustrations. But there is always some crime no matter where you go, even in the richest of neighborhoods.
(I recently heard that the Metro PD and HOA are now VERY ACTIVELY working to fix the problem so I feel much better about it.)
The location of these condos is so close to the strip, and the nice interior really makes this place a good value.

I live here since Feb, 2005. I was probably one of the first people here. So I can say there were un-desirable walking around beause there was still a lot of construction work going on.
I did turn around when people moved in, and the neighbors are getting to know each other.
Bella Vita is close to everything and it has the vacation atmosphere.
There is a minimum 6 months lease minimum. This is not a timeshare / hotel.

I wouldn't want to live here permanently, but as a college student, it's a great place to live, and one of the cheaper (nice) places I could find. I would definitely recommend to someone planning on staying in vegas for a short time!

I moved into Bella Vita about 4 months ago. I rent from a private owner. So far I have enjoyed my stay. I live inside the community a few blocks back and hear almost no traffic. My only complaint is my upstairs neighbor. I can hear him wake up at 5:30am and he walks around continually. Landscapers come by every few months to do their thing. Those are the only two sources of noise I hear. My neighbors next door don't make any noise. I can hear the plummingI have only caught one bug since I moved in and only because I left my patio door open. All in all I have had an excellent experience with this community

This has been our home for a year now. I also have cousins and friends living here too. I don't know how it was when it was still The Points Apartments, but we feel safe here. It's quiet, lots of shade, lots of parking, open spaces yet very close to grocery stores, restaurants, retail, shopping. It's very convenient at least for us. We don't have to drive far for work. It's definitely not ghetto and I know ghetto. Oh and I can't even hear my upstairs' neighbors.

I think its a really nice place to live. I am a single girl, and I feel completely safe. I've never experienced one bug in my condo. I've never had mold. I can't hear my neighbors, except I can sometimes hear water running in my bathroom. I do think that the mantance could pick up a bit more. I have had to pick up trash a few times around my unit. Its close to everything, but far enough away to not have the crazy traffic. I think the points apts were really ghetto, and a lot of renters were mad that they had to move, so they are trash talking a decent place to call home.

I dont know about the other people who have written reviews i can honestly say things have improved dramatically especially since the management has come onsite. The people are really nice you would not even recognize this place any more the construction is a bit of a drag but then again you have to endure the minor inconvenience of construction to recreate a small village such as this. I can honestly commend the management for every thing they are doing, baby steps are atleast an improvement in the long run. I love my unit and I am glad i bought her, the only negitave thing i can say is the sales people are horrible. But the good news is they will be gone soon and the management is great and they are the ones that are sticking around. i hope they keep up the good work.
