Apartment Reviews for Boulevard Park Apts - Las Vegas

I've been here for 15mos. submitted every mo for the last 15 mos. a work order of things that neede to be done. Our mng Pam Norton has breached our lease by failing to make the repairs. my light over the kitchen sink and stove were out, but finally got fixed after threats of getting an atty and the cieling in our bath they just puttied it and it's roten and falling down our tile in the tub/show is caving in closet doors are off hole in lr was puttied but not sanded and painted. had a violent felon who harassed and threatend us til she evicted him after too many complaints from us and now we have psychotic neighbours who have threatend to beat us up and kill us after we complianed to Pam about them not keeping their pitt bull on a leash and cleaning up after him. She divulge who it was that complained and we've had nothing but grief, plus they've been stalking us. My mother is disabled and leaglly blind and had a stroke in 9/08. she slipped and fell due to the sveere leak in the kitchen from the sink and has to have back surgery her 8th. she fell in 8/08. I fell on their landscaping rocks on the walk way in front of our apt. on 10/15/08 reinjury my lft knee and am facing surgery. I called code enforcement as there are many code violations on the outside of the complex as well as the inside. We've given 30 notice and we're moving. We've also sent a cert. w/return receipt letter to Pma and she flat out refused the letter. After leaving her a mssg on her phone (off.) she had maitence fix my two kitchen lights and putty the bath rm cieling. I have multiple things that need fixin too many to list. My advice don't rent here as nothing gets done and your safety is @ a very high risk. LVMPD are tired of responding to our units.. It's not worth your time or money. the apt. next to us 1332 #1 has had tenants 4 times in 3 mos. moving in and out due to disatisfaction.People are moving out in droves and they can't keep them rented.
