HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!

If you want to be surrounded by ghetto idiots who play loud music in their cars ALL day AND night... smoke marijuana in public areas... and have absolutely no regard for their neighbors, come live in the Camden Breeze apartments. It's wonderful trying to stay asleep at night when there's a car right outside your window blasting its stereo's bass at 2 o'clock in the morning!
This place is HORRIBLE... or rather the management and owners are horrible. They do not care enough about keeping renters to actually do something about the handful of idiots who make life miserable for the rest of the people who live here. We will be leaving as soon as possible!

A complete ditto to the other comments. HORRIBLE THEN AND NOW GETTING WORSE! ABSOLUTELY RIGHT ABOUT THE MANAGEMENT. Ghetto is a compliment to this place. Police called all the time for domestic violence, cars being broken into, flatten tires, drugs and alcohol. This is a section 8 paradise. My "RENT OF $699.00" IS ACTUALLY $825.00 BY THE TIME THEY ADD THE ADDITIONAL CHARGES THAT THEY DON'T TELL YOU ABOUT! This place is the worst apartment complex I have and will EVER LIVE IN!!!!! I tried to get out of my lease because of all this &%$#@# and of course there is no way unless I pay all the contingent fees. I am counting the days down to leave. Good Luck and Think again please!
