Love the safety features, friendliness of staff, and covered parking. Pool and gym. Tenants pretty much keep to themselves. As far as being Ghetto as someone else wrote, I disagree. No matter where you live, there are alternate lifestyles and not everyone gets along with eachother or approves of anothers doings 100% of the time. Thats just life. Someone is always going to play loud music somewhere on this planet. Its a decent area close to everything and affordable.
