Our Review for Canyon View Apartments

Canyon View is on Pirates Cove Road, just off of the Summerlin Parkway. The Bagel Café, Trader Joe’s, Lowe’s, Roadrunner Saloon, Kmart, Chef Marc’s Parma, Little Pastry Chefs, and 7-Eleven are just a few of the nearby conveniences that residents may enjoy. Reviews of Canyon View have noted that the maintenance staff could be more responsive and parking can be a problem. Despite the issues that Canyon View has had, it is in an ideal location in a great neighborhood.

What a cute community! Tucked back it is like a small resort. Each apartment comes with a garagewhich is unusual in Las Vegas. The staff is friendly and helpful and the apartments are very large. Great value for the money!
