Worse Place To Live

Worse place I ever lived at. Unsupervised children...loud and defiant. Parents do nothing to control them. My old car was trying to be broken into, cockroaches in apts, no screens on the windows...owners refuse to put anymore on due to tenants locking themselves out and ripping out screens. This causes more usage of a/c. Am not here by choice, believe me!
