City Place Apartment Homes is nestled on South Decatur Boulevard, surrounded by a variety of activities for tenants. The nearby Renaissance Center West, The Springs Shopping Center, and Sahara Pavilion provide tons of shopping and dining. Downtown Vegas is a short commute, only being 4 miles away, and there are several bus stops in the area. Resident reviews complain about the unfriendly staff and the overall condition of the apartments in terms of construction. Others like the 24 hour security.

As of Feb 2 09 city place apartments has been taken over by new management. They have already restaffed, cleaned up, and hire 24hr security. Mrs. Lopez and family are no longer on the property (Thank God!!). I have already noticed a difference in the 2 days that new management has been there and am very excited to see the property clean and safe. come see for yourself.
