Living here for 6 months I a not renewing my lease. For the money that I am paying it is not worth the money. There is always dog crap on the lawn. The pool that is supposed to be heated is never open. The unit I have is horrible. You can barely sleep because you can hear the cars go by on rainbow blvd. Parking however is not a problem. There always seems to be a spot no matter what time you get in. The one thing that really bothered me about this place was the dryer and the heater. It seems you have to run them for so long just to get heat or to even dry your clothes which takes almost all day.
