when I first moved in to the complex 3 years ago it was nice and very little noise. but 3 years later it is a joke the maintaince staff is a joke. they have 1 person on maintaince who refuses to speak. he rather Mumble instead of speaking. and if you ask for a new oven or dishwsher or washing machine or dryer they will not do it they rather try to fix the old one instead. and they have a lady in the office who is very rude but the rest of the staff is very nice.
