Nottingham Gardens is located on East Rochelle Avenue, right down the road from the University of Nevada – Las Vegas campus. As such, it is perhaps an ideal location for students that are also prospective tenants. Zax Record Exchange, Dunkin’ Donuts, McDonald’s, Bike World, Kindred Hospital, and Dollar General are just a few of points of interest in the vicinity of Nottingham Gardens. A few reviewers feel the apartments could be better maintained. There is also mention of some rowdy tenants. A number of other reviewers are quite happy with the location of the property, so perhaps that is the more important factor for some.
