CONS: Thin Glass Windows- not good at keeping out noise; Not enough covered parking for residents; VERY pricey pet deposit and pet rent; Staff not as friendly after you're a resident; No Wi-Fi in clubhouse as was advertised; Utilities at high fixed price to cover construction costs; No elevators
Overall, I like it, but if I could go back, I would re-consider knowing the cons I know now.
