lots of vehicle theft and stolen radios,very limited parking. <P>
Old ac/heat pumps be prepard for super high power bills for the square footage. <P>
Your rent will increase with every new lease you sign,and they are moving our rent due from the 5th to the 3 rd. <P>
It was a cheap place to live,they are bringing the rent prices way to high for what you get....840+ for small 2 bedroom with 0 storage. <P>
Bottom line...pass. <P>
