We moved with no hassles and the PM even signed a form (forwarded to our new apartment manager) that stated we were current, no damage, good tenants with a great payment history. A few months later we got a notice from a collection agency who after we disputed the debt, sent us the paperwork showing that the PM had submitted that we did not pay some money and that the apt was damaged. She did not even contact us just turned it straight over to a collection agency. We sent the letter the PM sent to our current apt. manager and the collection agency settled with us for a fair amount as we did owe for an extra month that they did not rent the place (we moved early and broke lease). That said the PM never even contacted us . The property management company owned by Dan G. is typical of LV business dealings. Dodgy like the property manager Kim who was with Pebble Cove when we left in 2008. Its a decent place with a good location but the administration and property management company are crooked trash!
