Review for Pebble Cove Apartments

The apartment itself was beautiful.

After I moved in, things started going wrong. Started with the bathroom sink flooding (they didn't even have a key to my apartment and made me come home from work to let them in and control the flood). After renewing my 1 year lease for another, I was promised a "designer kitchen sink" for renewing the lease. That sink didn't get installed until 16 months later!! The apartment was infested with deadly scorpions (of which my son and I are HIGHLY allergic!) and after telling the office for MONTHS and MONTHS and collecting scorpions inside a plastic sandwich bag, the bug man finally came. Now, my kitchen sink has been leaking underneath for 3 months, and after calling them over and over it STILL isn't fixed! I have been washing my dishes in the bathroom sink for what seems like years! They expect 1 maintenance man to take care of the whole complex PLUS another one! I have kept a diary of my entire stay with this complex, recording what I needed from the office and when I actually got it. Some stuff I STILL haven't gotten!! Not to mention the bag of scorpions which I still have!
Not to mention I am paying more rent than anyone else in the complex! They get free cable and I don't?? Get real Pebble Cove, and if I don't get my security deposit in FULL, this can get ugly! And Kimmy needs to review the rental laws, withholding rent IS legal when my kitchen is flooded and molding!!! 5 pictures says 2390847293487239478 words in court!
