Apartment Review for Pebble Cove

I'm glad I signed a short lease. The short time I was there, I noticed the HUGE turn around in tenants. Everyone agrees how unprofesional, dishones, hypocritical they are. Instead of Kimmie fixing the problem to have a tenant happy, she tells you to move out if you're not happy. Kimmie & Monica stick there noses in everyone's life and company. They take 3 or more months to fix things, especially important things. When you move out honestly, giving a notice and thouroughly clean the apartment, have them inspect them to make sure you are ok with them...watch out, 1 1/2 month later you get a collection letter stating you owe for something. Simply not right, not humane and most definately not professional to mess up peoples credit that way. When you call, they hide.

DON'T BOTHER TO MOVE HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR PEACE, FAIRNESS WITH THE PLAYGROUND & POOLS AVAILABILITY!! That's another thing, they close the pool with out any notification but Kimmie & her family are always in there along with her assistant, Monica and her family. They play favoritism. In fact, they make up rules until the people they don't like move out and then change the rules again. They are very unfair with kids, they highly protect their own not the communities. EXTREMELY UNETHICAL THE APARTMENT MANAGEMENT & THE PROPERTY OWNERS, PREFFERED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT; THEY DON'T CARE NOR DO ANYTHING TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. VERY SAD! MOVING WAS THE BEST THING I'VE AND MANY OTHERS HAVE DONE!!
