Wow, I know things aren't perfect, but these people really step-up to the plate. I had some questions as to what to do with my rent because I knew I would be late, and they offered me a friendly low-cost plan to help with my problem. I couldn't pay on time, but no-one seemed to frown at because of it- THIS IS MY HOME. I get encouragement all the way@Rancho Del Rey Apartments!!

Have you seen the place for yourself. Can you say "Wow", without cracking a smile, I don't think so! Let's make it happen, yet THE PLACE missing out on something...YOU!!!!

This is by FAR the WORSE apartment complex EVER! I am going on a 1 1/2 They have changed management 3 times in the 1 1/2 that I have been here.DO NOT DO IT. MANAGEMENT is the WORST! They do not treat people like HUMANS! Crime is an ISSUE! No respect, No positive thing is happening here! DO NOT DO IT!

I have been here at Ranco Del Rey for several years now and I can't believe how the new management has been able to make such a huge difference over the past few months. The community seems to be much safet and alot of the undesireable people have been evicted. They have upgraded the apartments and they are much nicer now. The office staff is great and whenever I call for maintenance they take care of it right away. I just want to say Thank You to the new management.
