Red Rock Villas sit close to 13 miles away from all the buzz of downtown Las Vegas. Bus stops are located in various spots around the area for tenants who prefer public transportation. Summerlin Hospital Medical Center, Angel Park Golf Club, and Charlie Kellogg and Joe Zaher Sports Complex are some of the local attractions residents can visit. Leaseholder reviews talk about the safety of the buildings and the pet friendly environment. However, some say there is an insect dilemma and the property was put together with inexpensive materials.

I enjoyed having the 2 car attached garage and the units are nice, the grounds are well kept and the amenities are all good. However they are pricey. I was in a 2 bedroom unit and moved into a 3 bedroom house in the same area for only $100 more per month.

I have lived at Red Rock for a little over a year. Everythings is in good condition and Jenny in the office is always very quick to tend to my needs. Maintenance usually comes out the same day. Quit, small community....so much better than where i used to live!!!

red rock villas is giving lower rates to new deadbeat tentants rather than giving the same rate to good solid tentants that have lived there for years

I love this place! Nice 2 car garage with direct access. Quiet townhomes where you have nobody above you or below you. Nice inside and out. Great office staff. <P>
