Review for Shadow Hills Apartments

Apartments are nice, just a couple of years old, and roomy. Parking is horrible. The layout of the parking lot in relation to the apartments is really bad. Unassigned parking is VERY limited. When it is available, it usually is a good distance from your apartment. The office staff is horrible. They are rude and only do what is convinient for them at the time. They will sign for packages WITHOUT authorization and without assuring a notice was left on your door. They only give you one gate remote so if you don't have a local cell number (to let yourself in) you are just out of luck. (We were told there is not a pin # for the gate to open)

On the good side of things, the apartments are fairly quiet, (that is unless you live near the pool) and the grounds are well kept. They are located in a fairly safe northwestern area convient to shopping and grocery stores. They also seem to have plenty of open apartments so there are a few to choose from.

If you can deal with the office staff and the bad parking the apartments are nice.
