Apartment Review for The Reserve At Spanish Trail

The upstairs neighbors have small children, they re up til all hours of the night. We can hear every foot stomp, every scrape of a chair or bed across the floor. My small son thinks there are monsters up there.

One other thing not mentioned by the other poster: PEEPING TOM! some guy looked in our living room window at least twice a week for over a month. Never caught him.
