Review for The Willows Apartments

We have lived here for 7 years. We were told prior to moving in that we had only one assigned parking spot. I'm sure that everyone else was told the same. If people own 2 or more cars they should expect parking problems. As for the noise issues mentioned in other reviews, this too should be expected at times. Whenever we called the office to report excessive noises, they responded effectively. It is true that management has changed a lot lately but things seem to be settling down. With regards to the "security" issues, in speaking to our neighbors, it seems that the parking problems got better when the back entry gate was closed down. So did the level of car tampering. Whenever someone breaks the gates these problems go back up. As for camaras, we had them. Someone took them. A thief will always find a way! No place is 100% safe. No place is 100% quiet. This city is growing fast. Maybe too fast. We still feel The Willows is a great place to live. If we didn't we would move. If the complainers are so unhappy, either buy a house, pay your property taxes, mow your lawns, install your own security systems, pay for the security monitoring service, pay your associations fees, pay for trash pick up, baracade your windows, pay for your own repairs and any other home ownership costs and hope for good neighbors that you have no control over OR learn to appreciate what you have.
