Review for The Willows Apartments

Parking isn't a problem 4 one car tenants as we r assigned spots. Cleanliness is horrible. I purposely left litter somewhere quite noticeable, and weeks later it was still there. No grounds cleaning at all. When it rains the water backed up onto the sidewalk because the drains were clogged. Neighbors would actually clear the drains to allow the water, by then mosquito drawing stagnant water, to drain properly. Neighbors would also clean up cigarette butts and other litter from the parking lot and sidewalks. Might as well own a house if ur going to do all the grounds work urself.worst of all mgmt was untimely and THIEFS. Like so many others said when I requested corporate's number I was flatly denied. Don't all businesses have open door policies. Follow the chain of command up to the top if need be. Not in this joint. The homeless in the salvation army and shade tree have it better. Overall I strongly suggest spending an extra day looking 4 apts after checking this one out. Looks are greatly deceiving especially at first glance.
