Apartment Review for Villas At Desert Pointe

I moved in here in late 2007, the apartment was nice and clean. A little over my price range for a studio but I was willing to try it out. Shortly after I moved into my 3rd floor apartment I noticed there was alot of graffiti in the elevator, the mail area on the bottom floor often smelt bad. A few months later something broke in my hot water.. my whole building was out of hot water for 11 days. We got nothing for this, not even an apology. It was a pain in my *** to heat up water on the stove and microwave in Vegas in the middle of summer. After that the elevator broke, I ended up moving out before my lease was up. Carrying my belongings from the 3rd floor down to the parking lot from a outdoor cement stair well. The neighborhood was dangerous, the "gated" parking had lots of cars following in others after they used a key card. Security was good for about a week. Id never go back to this apartment.
