Apartment Reviews for Alexan Crossroads - North Las Vegas

I'm in the Air Force and lived at Alexan Crossroads for almost a year. Unfortunatly I received orders to Florida so I will have to move out very soon. I absolutly love living here and I'm sad to leave! The staff and maintenance are helpfull and quick to fix anything that goes wrong. On a few occasions the staff wasn't around and that's a pain especially if you take off work, but they put a time on the door saying when they will return. It's quiet and clean. The security guards are also well trained! Case in point, I was laying out in the lap pool area this past weekend and he came up to me to check my pool pass. He also asked everyone else in the pool area. I don't mind him asking because that tells me he's doing his job to keep the rif raf out. The pools are also very well kept and clean!!They provide you a parking permit, and they have plenty of parking. If you don't have a parking permit than you are not allowed to park under the overhangs. They have posted that they will tow your car and I've seen it done.

I live on the first floor and hear my upstairs neighbors always stomping around. I dont know what is going on up there but I think it's excessive and it's kinda annoying. Luckily I think they moved out because I haven't heard it in a long time. The management is also very stict regarding animals. I never see dog poop anywhere!

Overall I definetly give Alexan Crossroads a 5! Almost everything is a positive.
