NEW MANAGEMENT IS SAFETY SECURITY GATE CLOSE AND WALK IN DOOR LOCK,A LOT OF PARKING SPACE AVAILABLE FOR MORE THAN ONE CAR FOR FRIENDS AND FAMILY,THE PROPERTY ENTRANCE IS BEAUTIFUL ,NEW MANAGEMENT OFFICE STAFF PROFESSIONAL AND NICE AND HELFUL.MAINTENANCE WORKING ON EVERY WORK ORDER,THE UNIT ARE IN REALLY GOOD CONDITION ALL THE APPLICANCE GOOD CARPET,THE PROPERTY IS RELAX AND GOOD DURING DAY AND NIGHT TIME AND I LOVE THIS PROPERTY.

    You sound like someone that works in the leasing office, like maybe one of those chicks(CHRISTINE OR LILI, OR JESUS) that works in there, if not the guy that works in the leasing office. The New Managment totally suck, they are rude, please, I would not recommend it to anyone that will move here. The place is filthy, there's always people that don't leave there, knows the code so they probably all live in two bdrm apts. Please people move in and out, they come to find out it's not a safe place at all. There's roaches all over the property, and people throw trashes every where. The people in that leasing office are careless. The pool that the have is dirty. PLEASE DO NOT LIVE THERE (ROSEMONT CASA DEL NORTE) BAD:-((((((
