I don't know what these other peoples problem is, yes there are a couple of broken windows in empty apartments near the playground (kids will be kids), but the complex fixes them as quickly as possible. I've never had a problem with any of the management staff, I am greeted every time I enter and always get my repairs done in a timely manner, if there is a problem that needs a part they don't have they will tell me and return usually in a couple of days. There is a guy who comes by every morning except the weekend and shovels all the rock back on to the landscaping and picks up the trash. Yes it is a low income complex, no I have never seen homeless on or near the property. I haven't seen any Illegal activities going on and only seen the police twice and neither time did I see anyone in the back of the car when they left (no one arrested). None of the people in the complex I've met look like prostitutes or crack heads and drug dealers (no excessive foot or street traffic, no visitors at odd hours, etc.). Everyone I've met has been nice and polite. It's quiet at night and although some of the kids get rowdy, if you ask them, 90% of them will quiet down or move to another area. Maybe the people complaining got kicked out because the office is trying to make this a better place for low income families to live.I like it here and have recommended it to friends and family that are looking for a place to live.

NEW MANAGEMENT IS SAFETY SECURITY GATE CLOSE AND WALK IN DOOR LOCK,A LOT OF PARKING SPACE AVAILABLE FOR MORE THAN ONE CAR FOR FRIENDS AND FAMILY,THE PROPERTY ENTRANCE IS BEAUTIFUL ,NEW MANAGEMENT OFFICE STAFF PROFESSIONAL AND NICE AND HELFUL.MAINTENANCE WORKING ON EVERY WORK ORDER,THE UNIT ARE IN REALLY GOOD CONDITION ALL THE APPLICANCE GOOD CARPET,THE PROPERTY IS RELAX AND GOOD DURING DAY AND NIGHT TIME AND I LOVE THIS PROPERTY.

I took a chance with this place and it still haunts me to this very day.. I moved in on May 25, 2007 and moved out May 29, 2007.. I didnt feel safe at all. Too many crack heads, homeless people, and bad kids running around.. This place is nice during the day but once the night lights hit all **** breaks loose.. I must've called the police every night to stop the loud music and drug dealings that went on right outside my apartment window.. Nothing was done by them nor management. When I moved out cause I told the manager that I would sit outside the office doors and warn everyone about trying to rent a place here she threaten to throw me out of my place.. Can you believe that?? They even tried charging me 3 months rent plus the cancellation fee of my lease after the apartment manager told me that I can break it without being charged cause I wasn't there but 4 days.. My apartment reeked of A HORRIBLE odor from the man who never left his apartment downstairs from me.. THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST COMPLEXES TO LIVE IN..

No pizza delivery, plenty of shooting and wannabe gangbangers, vandalism to apt windows, the pool is non existent,
trashy and broken mailboxes. Not.
