Apartment Review for St Andrews Club

Since I have moved in to St. Andrews club, I have had my gun,my car, my 2 yr olds toys, and money stolen. The ammenities such as hot tubs, pools were broken " or so they said" 4 months out of the 9 months that I lived there. Security is a joke. Their gates have gaps in the center and underneath where the gang members come through. The tot playground is always occupied with them after dark. My mail has come up missing. And when you tell management about it, they say"oh really"? I waited 7 months to have my kitchen cabints installed, and the carpet has smelled like cat urine since I moved in, and I can't get rid of it. I suggested they put in video, they said that would make them responsible.I signed a 9 month lease, thank god, and now they want to raise my rent? I'm moving to Summerlin. If you want crime and mis-managemet, move to St. Andrews. <P>
