Review for Appleton Oaks Apartments

Appleton Oaks is an Active Adult Community. The apartments are beautiful. It is located on 17 wooded acres, but only 1 mile from shopping and major routes (95, 1 and 101). The community is beautifully maintained. The apartments are Energy Star rated, and the monthly average cost for gas heat is under $30 and my electric bill is an average of $32 - for a two bedroom apartment. We have a great fitness center and two community rooms. I love the fact that I have a parking space in the heated, underground garage. The 24/7 emergency maintenance is great.
