I have lived here for many years. The SCG owners built new apartments and a club recently. They also have put a new roof on our older building and now it looks like they are putting on the vinyl that is the same of the new ones. I like that they continue to try to make improvments. I enjoy the quiet and the location here at my apartment. I am close to Portsmouth and all the action but have the peacefullness of the country in a small town of Newmarket.
