Apartment Review for Kings Court Condominiums

The floors are old and squeaky, but tolerable. I would suggest trying to get a third floor condo and screwing the floors back to the joists. Beyond that it is your standard "meh" condo/apartment living. High indian/latino population, which may be good or bad depending on your preferences. Not anything I would recommend, but could be worse. Gas stoves and it is close to shopping so there are some benefits. I plan to hang around for a year or two before moving on to somewhere better.
