Maintenance Not Good - No Customer Service

If you rent here, you will even have to maintain your furnace. Snow removal takes 6 hours for your driveway and roads are never cleaned after the snow. If something stops working at your apartment, apartment management will ask you to pay for repairs! Poor maintenance and no customer service. Not a Luxury apartment as they claim.
