Review for Raritan Gardens Apartments

Cheap is the only good thing about these apartments.

1 Walls are so thin I can hear the next door neighbor snoring at night... I get back at them bc my gf is loud too ;)

2 Doors are unlocked and wanna be thug teens roam through our halls spay painting the insides of the halls and doors.

3 Apartments were broken into several times last year partly due to reason number 2.

4 Most maintenance doesn't speak English ...cheap labor? Illegals? I really do believe they hire and exploit immigrants.

5 As for craftsmanship might as well higher some 8 year olds because they could paint and put outlets on just as well.

6 Mailboxes are often left unlocked or broken open.

7 Of the complaints I have sent to the office they have fixed / done nothing.

8 My parked car was hit in our parking lot within 3 months of moving in.

9 I asked if upstairs had any kids before I moved in, because I go to college and work and need my sleep. They said no and lied and this has been the most miserable place I've lived. I consider packing up and skipping out on rent about 3 - 4 times a week but it's too close to work and school for me and I am afraid of the other type of headaches I would be creating.

I HATE THIS PLACE AND WOULD ADVISE ANYONE TO CONSIDER $100 - $200 MORE A MONTH AND LIVE SOMEPLACE BETTER.
