The area is cute and right near Branch Brook Park and the Cherry Blossom Festival... but that is about all the nice things I can say...

Need a repair? The maintenance staff is awesome, but be ready to call an attorney to have the manager send them out...

Pay your rent on time, every time? Be ready to dispute late fees... you might need to call your attorney...

In short, it is not bad... there are worse... but have your lawyer on speed dial...
