Review for Holiday On The Bay Apartments

Holiday on the Bay could be a Million Dollar apartment complex if management (Morgan-Properties) would step up and invest in it. Here are the issues:

1) Outside of buildings look like garbage. Shutters are falling off, paint has long faded and there is an obvious lack of maintenance.

2) NO insulation in any walls. Your heating bill will be HUGE because the apartments aren't insulated. You'll need to buy space heaters, as they are all heated with baseboard heating, and towels to put under and around doors.

3) Walls dont look nice. The walls between units are cinder block painted white. Fill in the gaps or put drywall up over it.

There has been no upkeep on the sheds or the interior at all. You can see where walls are patched. Also, your rent will raise every year regardless. There is a lot of turnover because of stuff like this.
