My husband and I have lived here twice. They replaced the carpet for us both times so we got a fresh new carpet and we have never had a bug issue. maintenance always comes out as soon as we call them. I am shocked at these other reviews :-( This neighborhood is beautiful. And the landlord is nice to us. maybe you guys are non rent paying losers???? just saying.

This complex is horrible. The manager is an old grumpy *****, who has yelled and cursed at me and my family (who don't even live in the complex) on more than one occasion. The maintenance is horrible (I've had some bakeware stolen) and they will come into your apartment without permission!
