Looking for an apartment should not be difficult but my experience with the leasing office and the superintendent was wonderful. The apartment was a little more than I wanted to pay but it was worth every penny. I really enjoy being so close to Montclair without paying Montclair prices.The commute to NYC is such a breeze and I ran into a few of my neighbors and everyone seemed so nice.

The HUB Brookdale is brand new and the apartments are really nice. There is TONS of parking and I have not had any problems with the noise. I was believe that the monthly extermination was a courtesy from the landlord, which I thought was pretty nice! Other than that, my commute to work is pretty painless. I think my apartment has been totally worth it so far.

There was a mouse on the third floor in a brand new apartment. I should have known something was suspicious because they asked to exterminate every month upon signing the lease.
It is VERY LOUD you can hear everything. I hear people talking at the bus stop with my windows closed.
For the amount I pay it is not worth it. They dropped the price but just becareful that you get the best offer because I was ripped off.
