Apartment Reviews for Victor Lofts - Camden

Victor is the only "premium aprtment" in Camden. BUT they act as they are from Beverly Hills. Peter, their concierge is RACIST. He will never speak properly with you unless you are White or African American. Marcel is their best concierge. He is very caring and disciplined man. I had problem with my AC/Heater and bedroom door lock. It took numerous calls to their management to get them fixed. They always come up with some stupid reason and tend to blame it on the tenant. Beware of the management when it comes to refund of deposit. They hardly give back the deposit money. They inspected my whole apartment when I was moving out and told me that I will get my deposit money back after deducting the cleaning fee and some other hardware replacement fee to which I had agreed upon. However, to my shock, they send me a bill of 600$ and asked me to pay up for replacing the carpet. Isnt this annoying?? When they inspected my apartment, they were happy with the condition of the carpet. But when the tenant moves out, they know that they can extract money from their ex tenant because they are far away from Camden and would not indulge in fighting back for deposit money. Stay away from Victor lofts. It is unnecessarily expensive. Give us the customer service and we will be happy to pay you more than you ask for.
