Apartment Review for Cardinal Hill Associates

Currently moved out of the apartment because my ****** neighbor is harboring his new dog and cat (allergic to both, shared patio) and the cat scratches my screen daily. When I went outside to shoo' the cat away, the crazy neighbor cursed and asked "If I had a problem?" in a 'want to fight tone' - I told Kevin, the absentee 'manager' and after telling me to contact the management companies instead of helping me, he told me to screw off. Currently seeking legal action against Salem Management. Go ANYWHERE else in Chatham unless you like a sub-par experience with white trash living next door. Management is useless, and after being "fixed" two times, my roof is still leaking. Is this seriously Chatham?
