Apartment Review for Chatham Hill Apartments

I've been living in chatham hill apartments for about 3 years now. The only problems i've had has been with management, but in the last few months things have been great with them (entire new staff). Maintenance has always been great. Any problems, they fix them right way.

There's been a new manager since about june and she's been making a pretty noticable change. We actually have monthly community parties where everyone can meet one another.

I was planning to move-out at the end of my lease, but when I went to give the office my letter the manager asked if i'd give her a chance to change my mind. She understood how frustrated i was with previous managers and gave me a real sense of comfort. She let me sign a shorter lease (8 months) and kept my rent about the same.

I'd say if you're thinking of moving to the area check this place out. It really is a beautiful place, and I have a feeling that this staff is going to work out.
