Apartment Review for Jefferson House

Paper thin walls, screaming babies, domestic disputes and absolutely horrible parking. You would think Chatham would be a nicer place to live however this place is god awful. The two bedroom apartment below me has 7 people living in it: 2 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 younger children and an infant. The complex has no concern for over-occupancy or the comfort of it's respectable tenants. If you are a professional who needs sleep and relaxation, stay away. You will never be able to rest. The parking is horrible and the lot is a bunch of potholes. The one plus is that they put extra care into the snow removal during the winter. Renter beware! I cannot wait to get out of here and never look back!
