Great location, pet friendly at a decent price ( over a year ago )

We primarily chose to move into Jefferson House due to its relaxed policy regarding pets. We have been very pleased with our experience. Our building is fairly quiet and our apartment has been recently updated. It's not by any means a luxury apartment, but the size and location can't be beat for the price. Our super is genuinely concerned with the well-being of the tenants. My only minor complaint is the parking situation. There's always a spot available, it just might be a little bit of a walk.
