Apartment Review for Sdk Millbridge Gardens

well i just moved in here recently and when i moved in nothing was done, there were cigarettes and trash all over the patio and in the utility room attahced to my place the bathroom fixture werent glued on they r just hanging off the Screen Door was totally broken off n just sitting on its side on my DIRTY patio oiled stained patio, it took my b/f a total of 3 minutes to put that screen on, it really irks me that no one prepared this apartment for us when they knew for a whole month we were moving in on the 1st of the month she assured me things would be taken care of n nice, matter of fact it was nice the first time i saw it, there r big black scratches on the walls paint drippings on the floor gashes in the cabinet, but after all that i have to sya if it wasnt for them being lazy not preparing it, this would be great place, so far its been no annoyances with ppl there is assigned parking the rent is low considering we have washer n dryer 805 dollars n its 850 square feet, i do love it i just dont love how they didnt fix things so f you move here u have to decide how serious that is to you, they except up to 2 dogs n its 25 bucks n no depot for them n the office ppl were nice for the most part the total come to 853 with dog n sewer cost because its clementon i would have moved into another place cheaper if i had time, a place in haddonfield said we didnt meet the rent requirement we didnt make enough money n the rent was 750 so when millbridge said yes the 2 minutes after we filled out paper we were happy...so some good n some minor bad here
