Pleased with complex ( over a year ago )

New management has taken over this complex and it shows. Maintenance issues are quickly resolved, usually the same day. I moved into a remodeled apartment and its very nice--new kitchen, new bath, new appliances, etc. Rooms are large and clean. The only downfall that I can tell you about is when it rains...Do not park on the street when it rains. Park in the back parking lot of the buildings. The outside streets do flood due to a bad sewer system... I recommend this complex to all..

Management was changed in the last couple of years so improvement over the 03' comments. I agree with the air flowing with windows comment. I put plastic on almost all of the windows and the wind was so strong it pulled off. I had to use a lot of tape to keep them on. Maintance fixes problems quickly, however the roofers left a mess that took months to clean up. Flooding is a problem in some areas, not mine. I never have a noise problem and my neighbors are really nice people. Tons of parking just keep you car/s up on inspection or they will tow you. Don't like the fact that they wat to know if you are going to resign 3 months before you lease is up. 1 month should be enough. Snow removal is low on the list but does get done eventually. Overall many of the problems other reviewers had never occured to me and I have been there 2 years.

I have lived in this apartment complex for almost 2 years. It is an acceptable living for first home. I don't know if I was lucky or not. I was pleasantly surprise to find newly painting wall, new ranger, fridge, kitchen cabinet when I first moved in. Everywhere are very nice and clean except the window. The maintainence people come for repair in timely manner. More urgent, they come right away, most things are resolved in a day or two. The rent so far is the cheapest in this neighborhood. The flood during rain season does poss a problem. However, if you park the car in the courtyard (higher) instead of on the street, then your car will be fine, expect you won't be able to get out until the water is drain usually in a day after the rain stops. Hope this feedback helps you.
