I don't know what happened to the other tenants in the past but I have been living here for 3 weeks. I have not had any problem. It is true that there is no security guard in the complex but I am not concern about that at all. There are plenty of parkings at the basement level. No one park at the mall level anyway. Those are for mall customers. I have no idea why those tenants complained about parking spaces. About the management, I asked for repair service multiple times, I have them fixed the same day most of the time, else the next day. I understand that maintenance people do have other things to take care so waiting for 1 day won't kill me. So far, the requests I have asked to the management office all have responses. The apt is in good condition. Free Starbucks coffee with light breakfast served every morning. Free internet access, free copying and fax services in the club house. What else can you ask? <P>
