Insulation Problems In Durham Woods

Rented: From 2008 To 2009

I live in Durham woods - first year and a horrible winter. Windows are not properly insulated I got Edison Health and Human services invovled. They don't see any structural fault- hence didn't do anyhting. Its like encouraging the Mgmt of their faulty mgmt of neglect. Paying high heating bills - can't we take a mass joint action against this. I don't approve of people getting away with these kind of sleasy things.
