Rented: From 2007 To 2009

There is no safety. People are hit by gangs after dark. Maintenance is the worst. The maintenance office staff does not answer the phone, but if they do, they do nothing. I still have a request to fix windows since Nov 16 (today is July 23). Your average gas bill will be $400-500 per month to keep temp around 68F in winter. Even three months free rent offer is not able to beat that
